Step Two- Choose Home Size

The main step is to gather and submit essential details about your home. This information includes the dimensions and layout of your home to help determine the correct install size. The more accurate the data, the better tailored the installation package will be for your needs. Do not include square footage of basement.

What’s Included in a Full HVAC System Installation

When you choose a full HVAC system installation with us, you’re investing in high-quality, efficient, and reliable equipment. Our expert team ensures that every detail is covered to maximize comfort, efficiency, and longevity of your new system. Here’s what’s included:

1. HVAC Equipment

We provide the essential components of your HVAC system, including:

  • Condenser Unit: The outdoor unit that cools and circulates refrigerant to provide cooling inside your home.
  • Evaporator Coil: Located inside the home, it absorbs heat from the air and works with the condenser to cool your living space.
  • Furnace: The heating unit that provides warmth during colder months, using either gas or electricity.
  • Air Handler (optional): For homes that don’t use a furnace, the air handler helps circulate warm or cool air throughout the house.

2. Ductwork

If needed, we will install new ductwork or modify your existing ducts for optimal airflow. Our technicians also ensure that all ducts are sealed properly, preventing air leaks that can reduce the efficiency of your system.

3. Thermostat

We will install a new thermostat, often a smart thermostat for more control over your system. This helps you maintain optimal temperature and improves energy efficiency.

4. Refrigerant Lines

Refrigerant lines are installed to connect the outdoor condenser to the indoor evaporator coil. This allows the refrigerant to travel between the two components, enabling the cooling process to occur efficiently.

5. Electrical Connections

Our team will handle all necessary electrical connections to ensure that your system is safely powered. This includes proper wiring and possibly upgrading your circuit breakers to handle the load of the new system.

6. Insulation

To maintain energy efficiency, we will add insulation to your ducts and refrigerant lines. Proper insulation helps reduce energy loss, keeping your system running smoothly and efficiently.

7. Ventilation System

We ensure that your HVAC system is properly vented. This includes venting for gas systems, as well as optimized air returns to ensure proper air circulation throughout your home.

8. System Calibration & Testing

After installation, we calibrate the system to ensure it’s optimized for your home’s size and needs. We run thorough system tests to check for proper airflow, temperature regulation, and any potential leaks.

9. Filter Installation

We provide and install high-quality air filters to improve air quality inside your home. These filters help protect your HVAC system and keep your air clean.

10. Warranty Registration

Once your system is installed, we make sure the warranty is registered with the manufacturer, protecting your investment and ensuring that parts and labor are covered.

11. Disposal of Old Equipment

If you are replacing an old system, we handle the removal and disposal of the outdated equipment in an environmentally responsible way.

12. Additional Options

Depending on your needs, we can include additional options such as:

  • Zoning Systems: To create separate temperature zones in your home for better control and comfort.
  • Air Purifiers and Humidifiers: To improve indoor air quality.
  • Smart Home Integration: Connecting your HVAC system with your smart home for remote control and automation.

13. Post-Installation Check

Finally, after your system is installed, we perform a post-installation check to make sure everything is running properly. We’ll also give you a brief demonstration on how to use your new system efficiently and answer any questions you may have.
